please try wearing acrylics. when scratching, they dont break the skin. doesn't solve the scratch/itch cycle though xx

Not itching is important as you won’t do damage to your skin which should help it to heal. Using no moisture will make it less red but you might itch, it’s a bit of a double edged sword. I understand you want to go for comfort

I found when I was going through it acrylics really helped me, it stopped the cutting my natural nails was causing! Less damaging x
