The training bond brings back memories. My ex employer bond me for 2 years, citing that I get training throughout the years. Strange, considering that I’m the trainer. Then they cook up an excuse that on-the-job work is considered training.

I encountered a company that says all staff under probation aren't allowed paid leave (so it'll be unpaid), and that the Malaysian labor law allows this. I just wish MOHR provides a database of FAQs/use cases so that it'll be much easier to track what is/isn't legal.
