National Geographic test conducted by Dr. Brady Barr, bite strength was measured in pounds per square inch (PSI). the results showed that the American Pit Bull Terrier (235 PSI) was lower than the German Shepherd (238 PSI) and Rottweiler (328 PSI). [1, 2] These tests were performed by having the dogs bite a specialized bite sleeve outfitted with pressure sensors. That test was video tapped, in 2005. In the last 21 years no one has given any documented poof of any dog breed having more than 328psi...Because they DO NOT exist. Please stop spreading Doggie Misinformation.
