I’ll be posting more stuff like this so you can cook more home food and save more dollar at the end of the month. So you should follow. Use chicken thighs in this as chicken breast can overcook and become dry (but I guess it’s the healthier option right?) — Also… if you hate having to cook everyday and like the idea of cooking food once and enjoying it multiple times across a few days, then my cookbook The Curryculum is full of curry recipes (and more) so you can do just that.
