I worked with this company in the past for 5 years and I had people come up to me with this complaint every. single. day. they book a Waterpark balcony room and then request the highest floor. for most lodges, thats the 3rd floor. if youre booking online, it literally says it on the room type. when youre booking over the phone, the representative literally tells you. when you get your confirmation email, which i always have them pull out to verify, it says it. and yet the guest still be mad😐 also, a request is a REQUEST. not a guarantee. I truly learned how stupid and inconsiderate people can be working in hospitality

Part 2 is just the check I process is so long since there is one desk for check in and guest services. And during check in they have to explain everything (watermark rules, breakfast etc.) plus activating the keys and listening to guests request or complaints

From what I have heard people leave after getting there because of all the bed bugs. I’ve never been so I don’t know for sure but I’ll take other peoples suggestions
