In spanish, we call it "Grecia", but we have the name "Hélade" when we are talking about how the ancent greek call their land. Also, we call those "ancent greek" by "helenos" or "helénicos", even "aqueos" if we are talking about myths like the Iliad.

In Polish, ‘Greeks’ (pol Grecy) and ‘Hellenes’ (pol Hellenowie) are synonyms. The term ‘Hellenes’ is used more frequently in books on history and mythology than it is today. As a country, the terms ‘Greece’ (Grecja) and ‘Hellas’ (pol Hellada) are also synonyms. However, ‘Hellas’ is more of a geographical and cultural term, whereas ‘Greece’ refers more specifically to the country.

in italy, we call ancient greece “ellenia” (land of the hellens) and ancient greeks “elleni” (hellens), this is because in italian, the words with the ellen- suffix, mean the union of 3 ancient populations that used to occupy greece, the “dori”, “ioni” and the “eoli”, which defined themselves “elleni” because they sheared the cult to “elleno” (hellen) the mythological hero, who was believed to be the origin of the 3 populations!
