The full recipe contains 426g protein, not 500g. ✳️ Ingredients for Steak & Seasoning: 36oz (1,020g) Lean Steak (Top Round), Cubed 21g (1 1/2 tbsp) Light Butter 7g (1 tbsp) Minced Garlic ✳️ Ingredients for Seasoning: 5mL (1 tsp) Olive Oil 4g (2 tsp) Salt 4g (2 tsp) Garlic Powder 4g (2 tsp) Onion Powder 3g (1/2 tbsp) Chilli Powder (*optional*) ✳️ Ingredients for Pasta: 448g (2 Containers) Banza Elbow Macaroni 1,920mL (8 Cup) Water ✳️ Ingredients for Mac & Cheese Sauce: 600mL (2 1/2 Cup) Fat Free Evaporated Milk 155g (1/2 Cup + 2 tbsp) Fat Free Cream Cheese 6 Slices Velveeta Cheese 140g (1 1/4 Cup) Reduced Fat Shredded Mozzarella 12g (1 tbsp) Cornstarch (*optional for thickness*) 1 tsp (2g) Paprika ✳️ Ingredients for Topping (*optional*): Chopped Parsley to Taste 👉 Everything that is optional is NOT included in da macros ✳️ Directions: 1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. 2. Season steak with ingredients for steak seasoning and coat well. 3. Sear steak in a large skillet with 21g (1 1/2 tbsp) light butter on medium-high heat until charred on all sides, about 6-9 minutes. Set aside. 4. In the same skillet over low-medium heat, add evaporated milk and fat-free cream cheese. Stir until smooth and creamy. 5. Add Velveeta slices and reduced-fat mozzarella. Stir until fully melted. 6. Mix cornstarch (*optional*) with a splash of water or evaporated milk to make a slurry, then stir it into the sauce. Add paprika and continue stirring until thick and glossy. 7. Add cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and mix until evenly coated. Add small splashes of reserved pasta water if needed to thin the sauce. 8. Divide into 8 portions, top each serving with steak, add optional toppings, then enjoy.

Según explicó, la revisión incluyó el análisis detallado del 100 % de los códigos fuente desde enero y concluyó que las plataformas son seguras y fiables. Penagos agregó que los códigos permanecen congelados y serán descongelados bajo supervisión de auditores, partidos políticos y observadores para garantizar total transparencia en el proceso electoral.
