You sleep, lie down, take a break, and still feel like your system never resets. The recovery you need is deeper than one quiet evening. 3. Things feel pointless. A lot of these posts have been reaching me a few months ago and I have resonated with me a lot. To the point where I have now quit my job and trying to move past this but so many big changes in one go have happened and I have no idea where to start with getting better

I’ve had all these symptoms for years, I’ve only recently started looking into the blotchy, discoloration on my hands and feet at 24 plus often my heart rate can go higher, I wake up most days in a panic, heart racing, instant thoughts can be ‘I can’t do this anymore’. I’m only seeking a psychiatrist now funded myself after a long time saving 🙃 I grieve so much for my younger self, I’m affected so much every single day it scares me because I don’t know how long realistically I can keep going like this
