I was torn between the same sizes I went with a 7 and got it today. I will say I feel like the actual ring fits much more comfortably than the sizing ring. The sizing ring was a bit more snug. I’m happy with the 7 I think 8 would of been to loose.

I had this same issue I just got the 5 and was between a 9 & 10… I want to wear on my right index finger and the 9 fits perfect on my left index and middle finger and snug on my right index finger but if I swell AT ALL I can’t get it off. I slept in the 9 overnight and I literally couldn’t get it off without running water to wiggle it off. I got the 10 and I just ordered a little ring adjuster for the inside off Amazon. I’d rather it be slightly looser than too tight and stuck on my finger. I really really wish they had 1/2 sizes!

Same for me! I went with a 7. But wait, is your middle finger bigger than your pointer? For me it’s opposite; my pointer is biggest and is a true size 7. But I found the Oura gen 5 to be tighter than the thin band I wear in a 7 on my pointer. So I can wear the 7 on my pointer, but it’s snug. However, because my middle is smaller (generally a size 6), I move the Oura size 7 to my middle for overnight and whenever my fingers feel more swollen, and it slides on and off easily. If your middle is the same size or bigger than your pointer, I would say go with the 8!

I had a size 8 in the 4 Oura ring. Got the Oura ring 5 in a size 7 . I feel it’s a little tight but it won’t slip off like the 8 did. It’s not uncomfortable just can’t slip it on & off the way you did the 8 in your video

Anyone between an 8 or 9?! 8 fits perfect but when I swell it’s slightly tight, I can still slide it off though. But feels snug bc of swelling. Wondering if I should up the size to a 9? Is it a huge difference between the 2?

Please get the bigger size. I got one that was a little snug and it gets soo stuck all the time with overnight swelling/if I eat a lot of sodium/if I’m hungover

Get the bigger size because your fingers tend to swell up throughout the day sometimes.

I have the same issue. A 9 fits on my left but I literally have to take it off when I swell. I even woke up in the middle of the night because my finger was hurting. A ten fit a little more loose but fit perfect on my right.

Wear the tester ring for a day and overnight and see how you feel about both sizes. Especially since our fingers swell throughout the day and while we’re sleeping

omg, yeah the cover would make a bit of a difference in the fit. 😭 i wish they had .5 in their sizes or dang maybe make a adjustable ring 😭

I’m also between 7 and 8 in the sizing kit. 8 is snug in the morning and I can’t get it off then, but a lot looser throughout the day, but I can spin it a bit easier than I think I should be able to.

I had four in a size 8 and it was good then I started losing weight and I was between a night and a seven but of course I already had my 8. I happen to get a brand new one due to day insurance the sent me a new one it was the same size aid in first time I put it on. I went to the beach in Puerto Rico and when I got out of the water, my ring wasn’t in my finger. So I will say to stay true size
