Apple cider vinegar, a pinch of pink himalayan salt and warm water, first thing in the morning. For breakfast I have a small meal that has protein, e g chicken, eggs, omelette or prawns. I don't have cereals.

Absolutely agree with every point! 👏🏽 If people aren’t a fan of having a table spoon of apple cider vinegar in their morning water, then I’d highly recommend the gummies as it also suppresses sugar cravings! And psyllium husk for regular bowel movement especially when consuming a lot of protein, it works almost instantly & weighing food, scales are essential + understanding what serving sizes are ✨

Great advice..I've gone from Pre-diabetes to normal blood sugqr...it took 2 years..Apple cidar helped me..and I would say no.6 cut out ALL sugary drinks and syrups in your coffee, etc. 🙏✨
