wromg wrong wrong wrong can't give a price over the phone u dont know the situation access contract stating not responsible for drywall damage no switch now either circuit extension or new circuit plus labor material and scaffolding

to many questions unanswered. in Washington State if we ran a new Sw. Leg and the existing circuit we pull power off of isn't arc faulted we would have to bring the whole circuit up to code. if it's arc faulted and we had to run a new SwL how far is the run? is there attic space available? are they okay with cutting drywall? is the box fan rated? I've charged and sold similar for $2,200-$2,500. had one with a old existing circuit that couldn't hold and arc fault and we had to run a new circuit just for a fan.... also worth mentioning a lot of this has to do with the AHJ, lots of ways to run power cheaper but Washington State is brutal.

I wish these prices would stay high. These cheap installs are very expensive for the installer. 300 dollars is like the new 50 dollars nowadays

Definitely 1,500 range in my market , 20 ft is gonna require scaffolding, also almost certainly going to have drywall repair unless there’s realistic attic access above.

I mounted 8 lights 2 being chandeliers, sconce lights and moved an outlet and this customer refused to give what I was asking and only could afford 370 😒 so respect ya prices
