@nobudgetbabe: This feels responsible... but isn't. 👇 Hi, I'm Nicole Victoria. I went from $40,000 in debt to becoming a millionaire by 30, and one of the biggest mistakes I see people make is treating all debt the same. Credit card debt at 25%? A mortgage at 3%? A car loan at 2%? Those are completely different conversations. Yet so many people become obsessed with being debt-free as fast as possible, throwing every extra dollar at their debt without ever stopping to ask: "Is this the highest and best use of my money?" Because wealthy people don't focus on becoming debt-free. They focus on growing their net worth. If your mortgage costs you 3% but your investments are earning significantly more over the long term, paying off that mortgage aggressively could actually slow down your wealth building. Now, before the comment section loses its mind... I'm not saying keep high-interest debt forever. I'm saying there are often more options than people realize. I've had students negotiate lower interest rates, use balance transfer cards, consolidate debt, refinance loans, and create strategies that help them get out of debt faster without putting the rest of their financial life on hold. Because the goal isn't to be debt-free as fast as possible. The goal is to become wealthy as efficiently as possible. Sometimes that means paying debt down aggressively. Sometimes it means lowering the interest rate first. Sometimes it means increasing your income. Sometimes it means investing while paying down debt at the same time. The trick is knowing which strategy makes the most sense for your specific situation. If you're tired of feeling like you're working hard with your money but not getting ahead, start with the free trainings on my website.
