12 meal preps for just over £30 @Marks and Spencer Edition. We're backkkk with the first set of meal preps of 2026! Click save, share/tag somebody looking for healthy meal ideas! This works out at £2.80 per portion which I don't think is too bad considering the quality of the ingredients, minimal use of ultra processed ingredients and the macros! Shopping list: 1 medium whole chicken 500g 5% beef mince 500g penne pasta 1 bag of cabbage, cavolo nero and leeks fresh flat leaf parsley 1.5kg maris piper potatoes 500g carrots 60g wild rocket 50g fresh green goddess dressing sage and red onion stuffing mix 1 garlic bulb 2 brown onions 1 red onion 500g classic tomato everything sauce beef gravy granules 1 midi cucumber 200g Grana Padano ROAST CHICKEN STUFFING GRAVY MASH PIE Cals: 677 / p: 41g / f: 24g / c: 61g 1/2 whole medium roast chicken (I used 1 breast and leg thigh) 850g maris pipers 180g sage red onion stuffing 200ml milk 40g butter salt & pepper 40g parmesan for the top of the pie FILLING: 10g butter 1 onion 3 garlic cloves 200g cabbage, cavolo nero and leek 350ml beef gravy granules (4 heaped tsps) the leftover chicken juices from roasting salt & pepper Roast the chicken until cooked making sure to baste every 20 mins, leave to rest and place the juices to one side. Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water until soft, mash with milk, butter and season to taste. Add boiling water to the stuffing and leave to rest for 5 minutes or so before rolling into equal balls and air frying / oven cooking for around 20 mins at 200 until crispy. Pan fry diced onion in butter, add the garlic, cabbage, cavolo nero and leek. Once soft, pour in the gravy and the juices from the chicken. Season to taste. Mix in half the roast chicken before transferring to an oven dish. Crumble over the stuffing and top with mash. Grate over the parmesan and bake for 30 mins at 200. ROAST CHICKEN AND ROAST POTATO GG SALAD: Cals: 393 / p: 33g / f: 12g / c; 38g 650g maris piper potatoes 1tbsp oil 1tsp herbs salt and pepper 70g leftover crispy stuffing 1/2 whole medium roast chicken (I used 1 breast and leg thigh) shredded carrot cucumber red onion 30g rocket 50g green goddess dressing Slice the potatoes into cubes leaving the skin on. Par boil in salted water for around 8 minutes before draining. Add to the air fryer, drizzle with oil, season with salt, pepper and mixed herbs. Cook for 20 mins at 200. Once cool add the roasties to a bowl with half the roast chicken, crumble in the leftover stuffing and add carrot, cucumber and red onion. Mix through rocket and green goddess dressing. (I mixed through a tbsp of light mayo just before I was about to have them to make it a little creamy) SIMPLE BOLOGNESE PASTA: Cals: 668 / p: 42g / f:32g / c:55g 500g 5% beef mince 300g penne pasta 1tbsp oil 1 onion 4 garlic cloves salt & pepper 500g everything tomato sauce 80g parmesan fresh parsley rocket the end of the parmesan wedge if you have one spare! Pan fry diced onion and garlic in olive oil for around 5-8 minutes before adding the beef. Season with salt, pepper and cook until brown. Add everything tomato sauce and a leftover parmesan wedge if you have one! If not, grate in the parmesan, cover with a pan lid and leave to cook on a medium low heat for around 20 mins.
