It’s destroying me mentally. I do physical therapy three times a day. Knee Been throbbing. Can’t get around or do things I usually love to do. It’s so frustrating. On week three yet.

I'm not allowed back until I have the surgery done 😭 work is too physically demanding and boss won't let me back until I've have the surgery done and then physio after that too... I'll be off work until at least Feb-March next year 😭

I broke my kneecap and needed surgery to fix it. I’ve been out for 4 weeks now and probably will be out another 4 or more. It sucksssss I’d do anything to be able to walk normally and work.
