Please like, comment, and SHARE! 🙏 🔍 Episode Overview: Around 9:52 p.m. on August 15, 2024, Colts Neck police got a report of a sedan weaving south in the northbound lane near State Route 34 and Conover Road. Officer Clint Forgach drove north on Route 34, close to Trump National Boulevard. He spotted an old sedan zip past him heading south. He spun around and tailed the 1994 Honda Accord. Once they cleared the Route 18 overpass, he saw it swerve. He pulled it over right away. The car stopped on the shoulder. Forgach approached the driver, Jessica Alvarez. While talking to her, he smelled booze and noticed signs she was drunk. She struggled to find her papers. Sure she was impaired, he radioed for help. Officers Niall Centofanti and Sergeant Daniel Mazzucola showed up soon. They asked Jessica to step out and do sobriety tests. Mazzucola began with the eye-follow test for nystagmus. Forgach ran the walk-and-turn next. She couldn't follow directions, so they stopped it. Then came the one-leg stand. Jessica failed that too. Her shaky performance, the alcohol smell, her confession to drinking that night, and poor test results led to her arrest for drunk driving. Police held her car for 12 hours under John's Law. Forgach took her to the station. They read her the breath test rights. She said yes at first. But after watching her for 20 minutes, she backed out. That earned her a refusal charge. They wrapped up paperwork and tickets. Then they let her go with a sober friend, after he signed the warning for her. Court loomed ahead. Forgach handed her these tickets: Drunk driving (39:4-50) Reckless driving (39:4-96) Refusing chemical test (39:3-10.24) Breath sample consent (39:3-24.E) Lane markings violation (39:4-88) Court files show Jessica pleaded guilty to drunk driving on December 20, 2024. She got three months with an ignition lock, 12 hours at a drunk driver class, and $690 in fines. The plea dropped the other four charges. 1:48 from the beginning of the stop 51:40 ?? 51:53 and she’s racist! What a wonderful lady. If you enjoyed this BodyCamBust video.
