In 18 minutes you can do a workout that delivers results. 🤌 This is particularly slow in each rep so we can fully engage and appreciate the movement. 🤞Grab a weight that feels good but make sure it’s not so heavy that is compromises form - heavy weights aren’t always necessary.  The tempo of each rep here will make a lighter weight feel heavier… ⁉️Beginner: I would suggest either 1 or 2kg dumbbells for upper body and either 4 or 5kg for lower body.
