@mattstigler: Make sure to keep tagging me in things you want me to react to. He is spot on, but a couple things I personally do differently. I don’t mind a frontal plane hip hike on the first one. In fact I prefer it in most cases. It is also a shockingly difficult sensory exercise (those on the Complete Footballer know this) so I often start with a different frontal plane sensory exercise, and progress you through a few different variations before getting to that one.
