Energy drinks is not the reason for these shakes 😂😂. Red Bull actually has the lowest caffeine. I drink 3-4 300mg energy drink a day. My dad probably drank 1500mg of caffeine in a day along with your parents. My grand father would drink coffee till he went to bed 😂
