@courtneys_bites: Spicy tuna melt sandwhich 😍😍 full recipe below ⬇️ Ingredients: -2 tins of tuna -half a medium sized onion -chopped cucumber -chopped jalapeños -1/2 cup of mayonnaise -1 1/2 tbsp hot sauce -fresh parsley -salt + pepper to taste -splash of lemon juice -2 slices sourdough -butter for cooking -cheddar cheese Method: -in a bowl, add your tuna, onion, cucumber, jalapeños, parsley, salt, pepper, lemon juice, mayonnaise and hot Sauce and combine well -place your sourdough on your surface and add a layer of cheddar cheese, then your tuna, then more cheese -add the second slice of bread on top to create a sandwich -in a medium heated pan, add 2 tbsp of butter and leave to melt -once melted, add in your sandwich and allow to turn golden brown on both sides and enjoy! #tunamelt #sandwich #easylunchideas #EasyRecipes #quickrecipes
