Can i ask your process on getting the prosthetic? I know itll be different, but my gramps was in the VA and lost his leg due to neglect at the hospital and lack of care for an infection on his foot. Its been months and he hasnt heard anything about his prosthetic

I lost 90lbs over a year ago. I was 2xl. im now med. I have only recently stopped going to the 2xl section in the store. I do still feel the same size as I was but I have to tell myself I am not or tell myself I need to go to the mediums. its about retraining my brain. also, I was told when I exercise to do it naked so I can see my body more. it works. my aunt has always been smaller, it does help when i stand next to her and see that I am not much different in size.
