Back pain? Be careful darling. Take care of your back, it’s often can be a slippery slope. You’re in my prayers. There are a few tricks I do to prevent it. #1 find a chair that allows you to sit with your knees above your hips. Bending your knees helps relieve the stresses and strain on your lower back. #2 do planks to increase your core. #3 when in the kitchen and standing for long periods of time, get a step stool to place your foot on to keep your knee bent. Switch from right to left foot. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
