They work. Gateway brought back tools for travel I thought were lost to my childhood. Robert Monroe's voice feels like a phone call from a friend for me, now.

I think it's extremely RIDICULOUS how people have fear mongered it. I couldn't stay consistent with it. if I had someone to do it with me, I would have. Now I wish I did!! I've had many different experiences in meditation anyway tho. I'm so curious to know what you have experienced!!

I’ve gone through wave 1 and some of 2. But it’s been awhile. That being said, I do use their expand app to meditate and I get like, channeled info.

have you had OBE when using the sleep tape? I think it's focus 10. also we're you in the gate program as a child? I was and I can't get past the first two tapes I'm hit with an overwhelming sense of anxiety and fear every time.

I was in gate/gifted. I didn’t get as far as you, but I started having these three loud knocks on my bedroom door that would wake me up if I took a nap or slept. I passed some other video talking about experiencing the same, so it kind of discouraged me bc I wasn’t sure why 😂 Not fear mongering bc I’m pretty woo woo, just genuinely lacking info
