At the age of 56, Gwen rocked animal print crop tops, baggy plaid pants and ‘skunk hair’ like it was still 1992. She recently got a lot of flack for ‘not dressing her age’ on ‘The Voice’, but she is clearly unbothered—to which I say, brava. You do you, Gwen. In fact, I think it would be inauthentic for her to dress any other way. She is and has always been a pop-punk princess, so I’m glad she’s defying the naysayers and staying true to her throwback style. If anyone should be embarrassed for dressing inappropriately at the concert it should be me: I wore a polo and khakis 😬.”
