Recipe I used a 7 inch pan For the caramel للكرميل 1 cup sugar كوب سكر For the flan للكريمة 5 whole eggs ٥ بيض 2 egg yolks ٢ صفار بيض 1 can (390g grams) sweetened condensed milk ٣٩٠ غ حليب مكثف محلى 1 can evaporated milk علبة حليب مبخر 1 cup milk كوب حليب Vanilla فانيليا Bake at 160 C for 40-50 minutes covered in a water bath Removed from oven, let it come to room temperature then refrigerate for at leat 4 hours. To flip it easily, places the cold pan in warm water. This helps to loosen the caramel.
