I truly hate it when they say about Jesus that he is "just a prophet in Islam." Is that insignificant in your eyes? He spoke with God himself. And the Prophet Muhammad is not above anyone; he is a human being like you and me, and no one should exalt him as if he is better than everyone else, let alone the other prophets.

ok so I'll try to answer the question how come Jesus was crucified and in Islam he isn't when there's evidence of it. first off the Quran isn't denying that someone died on the cross but it was appeared as so. if you think God in the Quran sounds like he is fooling people your wrong. and those are assumptions. u have to realise the people were already fools they were corrupted immoral killing Jesus for their personal satisfaction the cross to them was a cursed punishment in the eyes of God and God wasn't gonna allow his messenger Jesus to go through this humiliation. Jesus in the Bible says that he is just a servant of God and and God said that he created Jesus to be his messenger and serve him (Isaiah 49 or 50) it's the same as Muslims believe. that being said God was never trying to fool those who were themselves already fools and later people like Paul killed early followers of Jesus wrote or influenced more then half your Bible and it's clear that the Bible has alot of corruption within it's not consistent if you ever read the Bible. that's why God sends his final prophet Muhammed the last revelation that hasn't been changed for over thousands of years that miracle in itself should tell you and show u God is real and his truth is real. I mean Muslims don't disregard Jesus he is a well respected prophet and massiah aswell. ask yourself this if God is all MERCIFUL all JUST why sacrifice his only son to forgive sins? to show mercy? in Islam the fact that your accountable for your own actions makes you want to be a better person then thinking your ok if someone died on the cross for your sins. in fact God loves those who repent and Jesus says that to his people before he died he shows the people by displaying God's mercy when that girl was asking for forgiveness He shows God forgave her it's in your Bible. so Jesus displays the miracles he shows arnt just random miracles for no reason each miracle he ever done is to display God's greatness. giving life to a bird or raising the dead those things only God can do and Jesus shows the people that. Jesus isn't devine he was given the gift to do miracles in the name of God just like Moses and other prophets before him.
