I love that I’m basically doing this already! Adding the band laterals, I use abductors to wake my glutes up on leg day, they’re my first exercise!

do these work the real upper glute/lower back area? these spots get so tight on me it hurts to walk sometimes!! like, across the very top of the glute where it meets the back
