Guess what, to avoid port forwarding on a pc or something, just use cloudflare tunnels, which is much easier than configuring your router.

your explaination is good but also very wrong
the router isnt routing the incoming traffic because it wasnt made from inside the local network
your isp and router auto rejact all incoming traffic
it isnt just your router doesnt route the traffic because it doesnt know where to it rejects it all together
