But sometimes life has a way of showing you who truly cares. The hardest part isn't the pain I'm feeling in this hospital bed. It's realizing that the woman I love doesn't seem to care anymore. I still think about her every day. I still wonder if she ever thinks about me, if she ever misses me the way I miss her. I gave my heart completely, believing that no matter what happened, we would face life together. But now, when I need comfort the most, all I feel is silence. Every day I wait for a message, a call, or even a simple sign that she still cares, but nothing comes. Maybe love isn't always enough to make someone stay. Maybe people change, and feelings fade. But that doesn't make it hurt any less. The truth is, I still love her, even though it feels like she's already forgotten me. Lying here has taught me something: loneliness isn't about being by yourself. It's about missing someone who once made you feel like you mattered. And right now, that's the pain I carry more than anything else.
