TOTALS: 2918 CAL / 226 PRO / 61 FAT / 376 CHO Things to note: - 61g of fibre - 220g+ of protein without needing protein supps - Backload calories (after workout) for even more satiety - Evenly spaced, high volume meals - Minimal ultraprocessed food intake (no hyperpalatable food intake) - 5L of water daily - Multi, Vitamin E, D3+K2, C, Omega 3s, Zinc, Magnesium, -5-7g creatine daily - 100-200mg caffeine daily (tea not included) - Fully optimized for a standard lifting day currently + 10-15k steps - High output/cardio/boxing/run days have higher carb intake and different eating schedule/meals sometimes - Rest days same - Still eat ‘off plan’ foods 3-4x a week - Track everything in MFP daily This set up is helping me get leaner and leaner while feeling very full and experiencing basically no diet fatigue. Life is more fun when you’re dialed 🫡
