My grandma made this for me as a child, and now I make them as an adult!! Try using biscuits! Flattening them out and stuffing them in the muffin tin!! They turn out so fluffy. We call them “hamburger cupcakes” in our house haha

I do lazy man hamburger steaks it’s just hamburger steak but instead of making them into a hamburger shape I just brown it and add the gravy rice and hamburger meat all together! It goes further that way too!
