it’s almost as if it’s a diabetic drug that has appetite suppressant side effects and also causes changes to your blood sugar/glucose levels hence why to get it legitimately through doctors you have to meet such specific criterias which even then you have to meet 4/5 criteria on a specific list 🥴 - sincerely a diabetic on mj that also is using it for weight loss
