I have an immigration issues i need help with. I have been in the United Kingdom for the past 3 years with my children aged 18 and 10 both in school. Last year in October i switched sponsors, unfortunately 2 months into my new job my sponsor had their licence revoked. I have not recieved the curtailment letter, am still working and my right to work ends in October 2027. My issue now is both my children are my dependants and are on my former employers licence. I tried to add them to my current employers COs but could not as its has been revoked. My children have up to 2 July 2026 to be legally in the UK. I have failed to get new sponsorship and time is running out for them. Are there any options you could help them for them to remain in the UK whilst i look for new employment. Please help they have less than a month. Regards

How long could someone wait before home office issue certificate of sponsorship this is 5 to 6 weeks now we filled cos application and our visa will expire December… the company said they are waiting for home office

please can I continue to work for my employer whose sponsor licence was revoked and can I continue to do 20 hour supplementary else where at yhe same time hope this will not affect my visa application of the supplementary employer gives me cos eventually
