So, literally just over 6 weeks ago I thought my life changed for ever once again. After choosing to have my other leg amputated, already its been the best decision I have ever made. I am so well, absorbing my nutrition, healing well and everything. But today is the day when it actually changed, and changed for the better. I cant actually believe it, but I have WALKED! I am full of different emotions. Im emotional, proud, ready to run, nervous, aching, you name it. Im feeling it. It already feels like Ive done a marathon, but Im so ready now. I have some small goals to achieve and also a BIG one. It might be mad but it wouldn’t be me if it wasnt. Life really isnt it bad, its just has bad luck every now and then. There’s a long, hard road ahead of me, but Im on it now and not coming off it.
