@bulletproofyourback: Yes I’m doing a Jefferson curl with a roman chair. After herniating a disc I spent years waiting for something to fix me. Waiting for the MRI results. Waiting for the physio appointment. Waiting for it to just settle on its own. And I was studying to be a physio at the time — first class degree — and I still couldn’t figure out why nothing was sticking. Because the scan doesn’t tell you how to rebuild. The appointment is six weeks away. And rest doesn’t rebuild tolerance, it just buys you time until the next flare. So I followed the rehab sheet. Bird dogs. McKenzie press ups. Glute bridges. Felt better for a few days. Then one bad morning — right back to square one. Every single time. Here’s what nobody explains. The longer you wait, the lower your tolerance drops. Until normal things start breaking you. Sitting at your desk. A long flight. Bending down to pick something up. These aren’t big movements. They’re basic life. And your spine is treating them like threats because it was never properly rebuilt. Connor did the same. Convinced himself it would eventually settle. It got so bad he couldn’t leave the house. Loading the washing machine was a flare up. He wasn’t lazy or weak. He was just waiting for something external to fix a problem that needed a structured rebuild from the inside out. The MRI doesn’t determine your outcome. The plan does. And the rebuild starts when you decide it does — not when the pain gets bad enough, not when the appointment comes through, not when you’ve tried one more thing. Stop waiting. Start rebuilding. 🪖 Bulletproof your back. DM me READY and let’s get started.
In this process now; mris/xrays/ doctors meds nothing has been helping. I started with buying the roman bench and it’s been 3 weeks now and it’s working. Slowly but it’s working

genuinely speaking, why not kettlebell swing? it literally build your posterior chain especially spinal erector, and you don't even need to bend your spine while doing it (not like Jefferson curl). I've doing both but I fell kettlebell swing just feels better, add side ballistic movement to teach your lower back to stabilize the spine and you r good
