Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify a few points regarding your order. When you placed your order, you informed us that you already had all the cake toppers and only needed a pink cake. Based on those requirements, we quoted and agreed on a price of $7,500, which was paid. After payment was made, you requested that strawberries be added to the cake. Although this was not part of the original order, we agreed to accommodate your request and added extra details at no additional cost. We often try to assist our customers in this way because we understand that sometimes customers have ideas they may not be able to fully budget for, and we do our best to create something beautiful within their means. When you collected the cake, you did not express any dissatisfaction or disappointment. Had you raised any concerns at that time, we would have gladly worked with you to address them, as our goal is always customer satisfaction. At Torie's Pastry, we take pride in our service and always strive to be fair, accommodating, and professional. While we respect every customer's right to share their opinion, we believe concerns are best addressed directly so that a solution can be found rather than creating a negative narrative that does not reflect the full circumstances of the order. @toriespastryja First of all if she showed you the cake inspiration...you as the baker should've ask certain questions. Do you want the exact replica? Same color shade?, Fondant?...... The cake nuh gud argument done.... I'm upset and its not me 😂😂
