My now ex kept doing this except he never came back looking to resolve anything he would return sounding formal, cold and detached like he was sending a corporate message, he lacks maturity and emotional intelligence after he did this 3 times followed by silent treatment I left him quietly, no final texts or goodbyes, blocked him everywhere and changed my number I’m 34 weeks pregnant, it’s a high risk pregnancy and he failed to show up for me emotionally, I’ve been left to deal with everything harsh truth is you cannot have serious conversations with people who lack personal growth everything to them is internalised as an attack or criticism and they take your discomfort and make it about themselves 💯
