i promise. do glute warm ups first to wake them up, drop the weight in your hip thrusts so you can focus on range of motion. you will feel your glutes rip. just try it without the weight, go slow and stiff to keep your form tight.

I do them all except I stopped doing rdls and I do hip thrusts, step ups, sumos, leg press, hip abductions and back extensions now. Game changer. I can’t move for a couple days lol
