i promise. do glute warm ups first to wake them up, drop the weight in your hip thrusts so you can focus on range of motion. you will feel your glutes rip. just try it without the weight, go slow and stiff to keep your form tight.

Tiene razón, deje de hacer 4x10-12 y empecé a hacer 3x10-8 y comer muchísima más proteína y carbs y empecé a notar cambios muchísimo más rápido, me recupero mejor y cada vez me siento con más fuerza
