I live in St Leonards so I get my fish from the fish mongers as it’s actually cheaper than the supermarket fillets and my fruit and veg from a small shop down the road but I’ll venture a bit further to buy other bits to join cutting out supermarkets!

I hate spending my money in supermarkets, get my fruit and veg delivered and buy meat, milk, egg, butter etc from local farm shop. I buy the cheaper cuts and eat less. I live rurally and feel super privileged I am able to shop this way, wish it was more accessible for all. More community growing spaces needed ❤️

supermarkets price gouging during covid, and not stopping after! I really wish a supermarket opens that charges normal prices and puts the big ones out of business! even Aldi is taking the pics!! love what u are doing! just need to educate ppl. I want to shop at farmers...its just not local!

Yesterday I spoke about the real financial elements stalling the transition to green energy for personal home, personal transport and pension, and why we absolutely need to make the transition. Today I discuss exactly why it’s so important and how personal use switches like home and car and pension truly tackle between 50-60% of the problem, that’s even without changing food, industry and aviation! So it buys us valuable time, slows the problem by about half, is actually easy and has the solutions, and then we can tackle the bigger problems as we go along.
