I think you mean "our" universe, not "the" universe. Yes, to us our universe is 13.8 billions years old, but we'll never know what else there may be in the universe.

I think they used to say there was a Singularity at the beginning, but not anymore? Also, now thinking that it was the beginning of OUR universe, but not ALL of existence. Our universe may be cycling. (I know that's an old idea.) Love your vids!

I like how creationists will say something couldn’t have come from nothing so it must have come from God. Where did God come from? He was always here…. So if God came from nothing why couldn’t the universe? Well it’s beyond our human compensation.

If it’s just a description of how the universe has changed (not started), why are you saying that “the universe is 13.8 B years old” instead of “the big bang was 13.8B years ago” or “it’s been 13.8B years since the Big Bang”? Saying “the universe is 13.8B years old” is why people misunderstand that the Big Bang is the “beginning of the universe”

wait wait wait. I am not a science person so forgive me but...how can the universe have cooled over time if energy has to be conserved? it's not as though heat could radiate...away from the universe. that wouldn't even make sense.
