@cocolarkincooks: Sauce of the Summer Part 3. It’s somewhere between a sauce and a salsa. It’s peppery, a little spicy, zingy, lemony and some heat from the garlic that comes through. The peppers and balsamic lend a sweetness and it’s perfectly balanced. I would serve this with grilled fish or chicken or shrimp. Spread it over focaccia on a sandwich or just serve it as a dip for your bread for a dinner party. Super versatile which is why I love this series so much.
Ahhh mixed in with some cooled pasta and little mozzarella pieces for a pasta salad situation.
