It’s very rare for someone young to have gestational diabetes unless it runs in your family or you have underline health issues already

GD has nothing to do with diet or weight. I gained like 10kg or less during my pregnancy, weight trained the whole time and still got GD 😂 eat your treats babe and enjoy 💗

I was literally barely eating during my pregnancy because of HG and I got gestational diabetes. It has to do with your placenta, not much to do with what you eat. You keep eating whatever those babies want. 🥰
