I raised 3 children on my own. For decades, everyone and everything else came first. I served the meals, cleaned the house, solved the problems, and somehow always found myself at the bottom of the list. When I turned 50 and finally decided to invest in myself, people politely smiled. “At your age? Just enjoy, you are nearly at retirement age” What they really meant was, your best years are behind you. They weren’t. These 3 habits helped me feel like myself again: 🏋️‍♀️ 1. I started lifting weights in my 50s. People acted like building strength had an expiration date. It doesn’t. Chair squats, light dumbbells, carrying my own groceries-small things done consistently completely changed how capable I feel every day. 🔋2. I made cellular health a priority. As we age, our natural NAD+ levels decline, meaning our cells simply don’t have the same energy to repair themselves. Supporting healthy NAD+ levels each morning became one of the foundations of my routine because when my body has the energy to repair, everything else seems to work better too. 😴 3. I stopped treating sleep like it was optional. I keep a regular bedtime, sleep in a cool, dark room, and let my body do what it’s designed to do. Quality sleep has become one of the best investments I’ve made in my health. The biggest lesson? It wasn’t too late at 50. And if you’re reading this... it probably isn’t too late for you either. Comment the word “GLOW” below and I’ll DM the Supplement that I recommend straight to your inbox✨💌 #aginggracefully #healthyaging #womenover50 #antiaging #longevity #aginggracefully #healthyaging #womenover50 #antiaging #longevity
