i use 4% benzoyl peroxide cleanser twice a day, salicylic acid in the morning, and adapalene at night. my skin has never looked or felt better, and my barrier isn’t damaged at all.

I’ve been seeing a dermatologist for some face/chest skin issues which she thinks is yeast overgrowth r/t my pretty new diagnosis of celiac… after I started improving, I asked her “so now that I have a derm, when can I start a beginner dose of treat?” She said “probably never”. ☹️
