@raechellk: It’s scoliosis awareness month 🩻🔩 I honestly had a hard time finding clips for the second part of this video because if I notice my scoliosis looks obvious when I’m filming, I immediately delete the footage. I have days where I feel discouraged because even though I’ve had corrective surgery, I still have a curve and rib rotation. But when I find myself comparing my physique to others, I always try to remember the dms and comments I’ve received from people with scoliosis/spinal fusion and how my content inspires them to keep lifting, be active, and feel empowered in their own body 🥹 If sharing my journey helps even one person feel more confident in their own body, then it’s worth posting the clips I’d normally delete.
