@bawumiabaiibackup: The Minister for Food and Agriculture has not received any GH¢200 million for buffer stock operations from the Ministry of Finance. Cabinet approved an amount of GHC200m to be given to buffer stock for the purchase of excess agricultural produce but only GHC100m was released. If the funds have indeed been released, why is the Ministry unable to locate them?
