I feel like having a job is KILLING internally in a way. Hear me out….. consistently gotta work 5 days or more (for some ppl) so we end up relying on routines to keep us going like drinking coffee, red bull, all these stuff that is slowly killing us and plus we barely have any time to check on our wellbeing due to work, family, home and other commitments. Im just saying 🤷🏾♂️

I found out at 24. I’m 31 now. I’ve been on PD for almost 6 years. I had no symptoms, the only symptom I had was being tired. I wish I would’ve took that symptom more seriously instead of pushing through.
