Your back leg should push off with your toes, not drag along the ground. Your torso should move in a wave-like motion, driving upward. Your hands should catch low, not high.And the front foot is wrong too. If your heel is the only part touching the ground during a clash, you'll get injured. Your whole foot should be on the ground
