@imnotalawyerbut: Los Angeles federal prosecutors have dropped a 3rd superseding indictment against Durk and there are a lot of things different. First - 2 of the previous defendants are no longer listed as defendants. Second - durk has new charges & one of those charges has to do with racketeering activity. Third - the Feds say this case is no longer just about murder for hire. It’s now about the Criminal Enterprise Durk was leading and the crimes they committed - and how this murder was apart of those crimes
