This won’t help “reverse” any cavities. It might help reduce sensitivity, if you have really early white spot lesions (decalcification), but you can’t reverse cavities, that is literal decay.

Yes, you can reverse early-stage cavities through a process called remineralization, but only if the damage is strictly limited to the enamel (the outer layer of the tooth). Once the decay breaks through the enamel and creates a physical hole or reaches the dentin, it cannot heal on its own and requires a traditional filling.
