@nancyychristine: Most women have never heard of osteosarcopenic obesity (OSO), but they’ve noticed the signs: less muscle, more belly fat, and concerns about bone loss after menopause. One of the reasons I take estrogen replacement seriously is because I’m thinking about my bones, muscle, brain, and heart—not just how I feel today, but where I’ll be 20 years from now. #menopause #estrogen #hrt #midlifewomen #estrogenic

I am grateful I started HRT … it hasn’t fixed all my symptoms but it definitely helped. I think I may need a dose adjustment.

This is one of the main reasons I chose HRT as well! It’s been 15 weeks and I’ve finally started losing weight and seeing definition in my muscles and my waist is losing inches! I was exercising before but nothing was happening. Now the needle is finally moving again!

I started HRT back in February on the lowest dose (0.025) along with 100 mg of progesterone, and it has been a total game changer!
So far, I’ve lost 13 pounds, and I truly feel it has helped reduce the bloating around my belly. I’m no longer constantly feeling bloated, which has made a huge difference.
I’ve always maintained a calorie deficit and worked out consistently, but since starting HRT, it finally feels like my body is responding again. The weight is coming off, and I’m feeling so much better overall. 😃
